A white van is slowly moving in the alley. On its cracked back lies a box of worn-out clothes. Planted above the van, a stereo speaker asking the people:
“Who has shabby furniture for sale?”
A front door on the side is opened. A man of one hand and limping leg appears. On his head, the father’s head, an old wicker basket. Through it and its edges, two spared children were “happily” laughing!
شاحنةٌ بيضاء تدبُّ في الزقاق. تحملُ على ظهرها المعطوبِ، خزنةَ ملابس بالية.
فوق الشاحنةِ ينزرعُ مكبِّرُ صوتٍ يشتغل بتقنية الستيريو، يصيح في الناس:
مَن لديه أثاث مُستعملٌ للبيع!!
ينفتحُ بابُ دارٍ بخاصرةِ المكان ، ويخرجُ منهُ رجلٌ بيدٍ وحيدةٍ وساقٍ متعثرةٍ.
على رأس الأب، ثمةَ سلة خوصٍ يتضاحكُ على سورها طفلانِ فائضان.
